Jack Bunn focuses his practice on corporate transactions, business financings, and commercial real estate. He brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to helping businesses and individuals move deals forward with clarity and confidence.

Prior to joining Mitchell Kilgore in 2025, Jack gained broad experience in corporate governance, securities, litigation, and bankruptcy while practicing in Charleston, West Virginia.

Jack’s goal in every matter is to understand his client’s objectives and provide strategic, efficient guidance that helps them reach successful outcomes. His background in commercial real estate prior to attending law school further enhances his ability to navigate complex business and property matters.

A native of Abingdon, Virginia and raised in Charleston, West Virginia, Jack earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and his Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law.

Outside the office, Jack enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, golfing and playing tennis with friends, and reading history and classical literature.
